Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Gohomie account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
